Candidates who pass the physical agility portion will have the opportunity to move on to an oral interview. CPAT, Firefighter Mile or a locally offered physical agility test will be required to move to the next step. Candidates who pass the FireTEAM will move on to the physical agility test. Hiring Process: Applicants will be required to take NTN-FireTEAM test. Within 1 year of hire date, candidates must reside within the State of Ohio and within a 60-mile radius of: FF II and paramedic certifications are required to be maintained throughout the remainder of career.Īdditional certifications and training as determined by department Chief. Paramedic Certification is required within 42 months of hire date. If hired, employees are required to achieve FF II within one year of hire date.
